Possession of the cottage can be taken between 4.00 p.m. and 7 p.m. from Saturday to Saturday. In the event of a different starting day for rental period, please contact the Administrator using the "Contacts" form. Cottages must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on day of departure. A deposit of €100 may be required from each booking upon taking possession of the Cottage. This is refundable at the end of the holiday less the cost of any damages/breakages. A deposit of 25% of full rental amount per weekly booking is required to confirm accommodation. The deposit is forfeited in the event of cancellation. The balance of the total account is due six weeks before commencement of rental. In the event of cancellation within this period, the balance is forfeited unless the cottage is re-sold. Included in Basic Rentals charges are:
- Bed clothes and linen, towels, tea towels etc.
- All necessary household equipment.
Power for light, heating and cooking is an extra charge. At the commencement of rental, clients should check with the Owner/Administrator what a litre of heating oil and a unit of electricity will cost. Clients will be held responsible for damages to cottage equipments. The Owner/Administrator is not responsible for any loss of valuables or property left after departures. The number of persons stated on the reservation form must not be exceeded without the Owner's permission. If you are taking your pet on holiday, you must respect these few simple, common sense requests:
- Please keep your pets off the furniture.
- Please exercise your pets outside the garden.
- Please remove pet hairs from carpets before you leave.
- Please don’t leave your pets unattended in the property or garden.
- Please do not allow pets in the bedrooms.
All properties are cleaned between lets. Usually there is no extra charge for cleaning, unless extra, heavy cleaning is required after you leave, or you do not leave the property and its contents as you found them.
